Best Ramen by Las Vegas Suburb and District [2022]
Las Vegas you are lucky, there are ramen shops everywhere! This is why I have created this list. This list is made up of the top ranked and reviewed ramen shops broken down into districts and suburbs of Las Vegas. Though the best place to find the traditional noodle dish will be in Chinatown, sometimes we need other options! I leave you with no excuse not to get this noodle soup for lunch. UGH, I love ramen so much.
What’s So Great About Ramen?
I have been thinking about what is so special about ramen and I have come to my conclusion. Ramen is a delicious hug in a bowl. It is a Japanese-style noodle dish that comes in a plethora of variations.
What is this noodle dish?
FUN FACT ALERT: Ramen comes originally from China but has become one of Japan’s most popular dishes. But getting back to it, the basis of a ramen dish includes a rich flavorful stock based broth that has been slow cooking for hours and wheat noodles that will leave you with a happy and full belly. Traditionally, you can expect thinly sliced pieces of meat and slivered vegetables on top of a mound of noodles but in most cases you can pick and choose your ramen experience. Oh and how could I forget?? If it doesn’t already come with one, add a soft boiled egg. Game Changer.

A family owned restaurant with a menu big enough to please. Their staff is incredibly friendly from the first hello to the last moment you walk out the door. Must-tries include the Birria Ramen and the Green Tea Crepe Cake. The atmosphere is a welcome respite from the crazy Las Vegas strip, a perfect place for a ramen lunch.
Jinya Ramen Bar

Ramen Sora
Monta Japanese Noodle House
Another gem of Chinatown! Monta is a casual spot that focuses on regional cuisine of Japan. This a go to ramen spot for Las Vegas locals. It’s a small space that can fill up quickly so it is recommended to get on the waitlist on Yelp. Their creamy Tonkotsu Ramen is raved about but if you prefer a clearer broth, try the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen.

Slightly further out than the Arts District (20 min walk) but well worth it to be added to the ultimate list. 8 East is an eclectic Asian fusion restaurant. Dishes are inspired by the owner’s travels through China, Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan. Located inside the Circa resort, this hip and energetic spot is a great takeoff point for a night on the town.

Omoide
Home to the TANKATSU CHALLENGE, if you finish this enormous plate of Tankatsu you receive your meal for free and get a free t-shirt! What’s not to love?! Omoide is a stylish and airy venue where you can enjoy a bowl of Spicy Short Rib Ramen or try one of their many poke bowls. Portions are large enough to share, if you really really want to…
Henderson
Bone and Belly Ramen
Umai Ramen
Come in for a traditional ramen experience with a fusion of flavors. Their signature ramen dish is inspired by Japanese ramen techniques and Korean dishes such as kimchi. At Umai Ramen they serve traditional Takoyaki (fried octopus balls) as well as all the classic ramen recipes you can remember. But what sets them apart is their commitment to their signature ramen dishes which are well worth a try.
North Las Vegas
Tokyo Cafe
Sometimes you just need simple ramen without all the bells and whistles. That is exactly what you will get with Tokyo Cafe. If you’re a little further out, then this is a great option. At Tokyo Cafe you can expect Japanese classics such as ramen, udon, and a personal favorite of mine, bubble tea. Easier on the wallet and reliable on the flavor.
